The big soft carpets offer a
plain surface, which is safe
and welcoming when you fall,
but on the other side it is not
a stable base for standing up,
walking or jumping.
In order to keep balance
on the soft carpets, children
need to look continuously for
a new adjustment of their
positions in order to discover
new balances.
